What We Will Do
In these 8 somatic yoga classes, we will begin with gentle flowing somatic movements, followed by soothing Yin yoga to lengthen and soothe the connective tissue and release long held tension and end with a deeply nurturing relaxation and restorative yoga Nidra. Nidra is "sleep" in yoga and this form of rest restores you to your Parasympathetic Nervous system response. I will share with you the 8 limbs in a calm and accessible way, even as you relax and move. You gain new knowledge in a nearly hypnotic way, with ease and joy.
